I think that will be fun to do, and will probably post it on my blog. But on first blush, I'm rather disappointed in the number of popular "Oprah novels" on that list. And what self-respecting list wouldn't include Atlas Shrugged?

I think if I do it, I'll re-order things and add Atlas in there. And to compensate, I'll happily remove drivel like "5 People You Meet in Heaven".
