How They Re-voted - Revolting

This is how each member of the House voted for the Emergency Economic Stabilization Act of 2008 today. As you'll see, there is no trouble getting through now.

Now that it's a done deal, maybe quick thank you notes to the brave hold-outs are in order. I'll think about it.

Now that it's done, I'm rather resigned - in a disappointed, disgusted, and definitely defeated way.

I'll get over it soon enough and once again don my shrunken-apple-head-curmudgeon face about the next step toward socialism.

Unfortunately, I have plenty of opportunities.

thankfully my delegate voted "no" again. Mmm, my resolution to avoid politics for the weekend lasted less than half an hour. since it was your blog post that broke the resolution, I am placing the blame firmly on your shoulders. LOL

Just think...Halloween crafts. Seriously, that's what I'm going to try to concentrate on starting tomorrow (you've gotta give those apples plenty of time to shrink).

Today I'm going to try to learn a little bit more about short selling and speculating, starting with this article.
